I am a practicing Muslim- always working on improving myself. I am seeking marriage as I see it as the next step on my spiritual journey- a spouse that will act as a protection for me in an age of trials and tribulations. In terms of deen- I am a sunni Muslim who is an adherent of the Shafii madhab through the line of the classical ulama- - Ramli- ibn hajar al haytami imam al nawawi- imam al suyuti- taqi and taj ul din al subki- imam al ghazali etc... In Aqidah I am a layman so i dont go further than affirming the shahada -however I would say that u subscribe to the Ashari school of aqeedah and will refer to Ashari scholars the majority of the time. I am also from Ahl al tassawuf-however I have not pledged to any tariqah but would say that I am fond of the shadili tariqah. I try to attend weekly gatherings of dikhr where I can.
