Striving Muslimah.Aspiring student of Knowledge. I am Hifdh student- and Quran teacher at my local masjid with decorations and catering businesses. Born and raised in NYC but is very in touch with Yoruba culture and tradition. Niqabi. I hold traditional Islamic values and don’t subscribe to the feminist ideology-movement . I have high Islamic aspirations and am not “career driven”. إن شاء الله my goal is to be a homemaker and raise pious children upon the understanding of the salaf not chasing the dunya. I love preparing and trying all different types of foods from different cultures . I have a reserved yet friendly personality.My circle of friends is quite small. I’m a homebody. I Spend most of my time studying my deen- creating new recipes or finding new skills to learn. I speak English- Yoruba- and am currently learning Arabic.
