As-salamu alaykum. I am a Chinese Muslim from Malaysia- growing up from a Merchant Family- and recently completed my bachelor-s degree in Europe. Here- I faced the unique challenge of finding intellectual camaraderie among male colleagues who are not as enthusiastic about reading. Balancing academic commitments with maintaining professional boundaries with female colleagues has further complicated my life. I am a passionate reader and enjoy discussing contemporary Islamic politics- while also supporting my mother with her website where articles on contemporary Islamic politics can be found. Physically active and mentally engaged- I try to make the best out of each day. My mother- with her background in women-s psychology- has taught me to deeply understand and pay attention to emotional well-being. I strive to be a supportive partner- especially in difficult times. If you feel down- particularly during your period- I will cook your favorite dishes and prepare soothing drinks. I enjoy cooking Chinese and Mongolian food. Health is important to me.
