I come from a well-educated family and am the eldest of four children. My father is a doctor- and my mother is a home wife. I have two brothers—one is a doctor- and the other is currently undertaking A-levels—and a sister who is in her fifth year of medical school. Although we live in the UK- most of my extended family lives in Pakistan- so I enjoy often visiting them to stay connected. I am a caring- family-oriented person who values strong relationships- particularly with my siblings. In my free time- I love spending quality time with my family- whether it-s through cooking and sharing new recipes or simply enjoying each other-s company. I also like to unwind by going on walks- catching up on my favorite TV shows- and staying connected with friends. Travel is another passion of mine- I love exploring new countries and cuisines- and I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively. Coming from a relatively religious family- I dress modestly and am always mindful of what is halal and haram. I strive to live a life aligned with good Islamic principles. Alhamdulillah- I pray five times a day- actively practice the Five Pillars of Islam- and have had the privilege of performing Umrah multiple times. Academically- I am strong and determined. I graduated from Imperial College London with both a First-Class BSc degree and an MBBS. My career as a doctor is incredibly important to me- and I have recently secured a five-year training program in Radiology in Plymouth. I aspire to become a consultant radiologist and make a meaningful impact on patients- lives. Given the dedication required for this program- relocating from Plymouth during this time is non negotiable for me.
