I’m not perfect but over the years I’ve tried to improve my deen and akhlaq through seeking knowledge and all I’m looking for is a spouse who who will continue the journey and effort alongside me. I currently work as a 2nd grade teacher at an Islamic private school in my area and love what I do but once I get married in sha Allah I’d prioritize my duties as a wife and when my spouse and I decide to start a family bi idhni llah I’d prioritize my duty as a mother. It’s really important for me that my spouse is family oriented- a man who wants to provide for his family but also understands the importance of not putting work above being present in his wife and children’s lives. In my free time I enjoy spending time at the masjid- working out and keeping fit and seeking out new opportunities for acquiring ilm. I’d prefer a spouse who is willing to study the deen together- attend beneficial lectures- travel and explore together. I really hope there’s someone out there who has emotional intelligence- who can hold intelligent conversations and read body language. Someone who is willing to understand their spouse beyond the surface and be kind and caring. Someone who wants the best for their spouse in this life and the next. .
