I’m originally from Pakistan and have lived in the US for almost 20 years. I have had a diverse education - engineering MS- Islamic studies Alimiyyah - PhD and MBA-. Currently I’m working for a Fortune 500 company as a Sr. Manager of Business Strategy. On the side- I also teach classes at my local masjid when I can. I am currently leading the initiative to establish an Islamic school in my community. My interests are mostly intellectual -teaching and research- and I love the outdoors. It’s a way to recharge myself and connect with Allah. I have two daughters -13 and 11- from my previous marriage and they live with their mother in a different city. We are effectively separated. I visit them every few weeks to fulfil their rights and to maintain ties of kinship.
