I am a mother of 2 children- I love my Hijab- my religion- I consider being healthy and fit is part of my religion- if you are not fit you will not stand for Taraweeh prayer- if you have diabetes you will not be able to fast Ramadan- so looking after your body is a good deed- you will get rewarded for it- that-s me- eating healthy- most of the ingredients Organic- walking everyday and doing sports twice a week. My favourite time is hearing the laughter of my family- or doing a Idaba -kind of worship- together as a family- praying together- making Umra together- making memories. Life is short- get the best of too- work for your afterlife and don-t forget your part from this Dunya- that-s my goal in this life : "و ابتغ فيما آتاك الله الدار الآخرة و لا تنسى نصيبك من الدنيا"
